Assist with handling accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices and payments.

Demonstrate proficiency with computers, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word, QuickBooks and must be capable of learning other software platforms.

Organize and file paperwork which includes working in a paperless environment with e-commerce.

Assist and support controller, office manager and human resources.

Must be detailed and work in a fast past paced environment with a high degree of accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 2-year associate degree, 2 years office experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
